Kwame spent a long time, not only explain the areas but driving through them so we could get a feel for the varying neighborhoods. His complete patience and thoroughness in this process do not go unnoticed. I am probably the most difficult client he has ever dealt with as I am extremely particular to what I wanted without being able to explain it. Kwame was right there every step of the way and in the end, it was he who showed me a house he was sure I would love. And I love it we did! When It came time to sell the house, we knew exactly the realtor to contact, Kwame Browner! Again, he took the selling process to a new level of detail and ease. Taking many steps that most realtors do not do like having pro tips on making the house look and feel its best, having a professional photographer come out to shoot the house and so much more. By the time the house hit the market we were so impressed and so were others as the house sold with multiple offers only 2 days after the listing was posted, selling for 7% over asking.
